Common questions
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. You see the price and approve it before any work starts. It only changes if you ask for something different, and we tell you the new price first. Our prices are set by the job, not by a timer.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once it's paid, we sign the site, its files and your words over to you in writing, and your domain stays in your name. If you leave, you take everything with you.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly plans run month to month. Give us 30 days' notice and we hand everything over.
Can you guarantee I'll rank #1 on Google?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Google doesn't sell or promise top spots. We show you the work we did and the calls and forms that came in.
Do I need to meet with you or get on a call?
No. Everything can be handled online: the form, email and a private review link. If you'd rather talk something through, just ask.
What do you need from me?
About 20 minutes: your services, your service area, some photos if you have them, and access to your domain and Google profile. We handle the rest and send it to you to review.
